Going to Florida after Mom passed on February 12, 2024, was a surreal experience. My emotions were in turmoil, my thoughts awry. This was going to be a whole new experience, called making arrangements. Thankfully we had Bell's Funeral Home and the team led by Jessica Arroyo overseeing every last detail. From my first encounter and throughout I felt at ease with their handling of our needs. Jessica knew what questions to ask and how to guide our grieving family as we sought to honour Mom and her final wishes. Who knew that so much was involved? Jessica is the best funeral director out there. Nobody can ever be better than her. This funeral home is extremely lucky to have someone like her, seriously! Jessica's attention to detail made the funeral service into a beautiful and meaningful tribute. She was very committed to creating a service that resonates with our deepest wishes. For instance, I had a slideshow for my dad with 100 photos. I sent her one song, but I did not know that the video that compiled the images would be too long for one song only. Jessica added two more songs for the video. She specifically chose the songs and whispered to me and my mom during the service that each song was dedicated... read full review
