Not sure why they're so many poor reviews of this place. We had an issue with our Miele dishwasher and yes, it did take a 10 days for someone to come out; but they came. A day early in fact. They ordered the parts from Miele and a tech came out within days. He replaced the parts, ran a cycle and stayed to make sure there were no more issues. He even adjusted the machine to the proper height. I guess when you're dealing with expensive European appliances, issues will come up, but I have nothing but good things to say about the service. Any company is no better than the employees who interface with the public and the office staff making the appointment and follow up were very good. They are one of the only companies that promised to call 30 minutes before they came so we didn’t have to wait on site all day. And when we got tied up their guy was nice enough to wait and waived off our apologies when we got there. His name is Carlos Alanis.Secondly he was very patient and knowledgeable in dealing with our Thermador appliances.Finally he was a nice guy and fixed every concern we had and gave us good maintenance tips.
