That's right, that company was in our condominium for more than 13 years and it was the same, they didn't do anything, just charging every month and collecting violations, with a group of lawyers that they always bring to all the condos that they work very badly. We, the owners, exempt them from those and the board that also had more than 13 years driving very badly everything was suspicious between that entity they want to use management company they are very bad not recommended for any condominium.

Worst Company Stay away from this ppl they had to change their name because they were stealing money from all over!!!! Paul Shapiro specifically is a disrespectful old man who will never fix anything they are a complete mes!!!!

If I can give 0 star I would, is so frustrating to manage a problem with this company, the only department to take the phone is accounting, property management is almost imposible to reach and when finally they take the call they don't listen to the needs, and acts rude and very unprofessional. I don't know how this company exists.
