First off, Must Air is definitely a highly recommended company through south Fl. When I read the mixed reviews, I was skeptical but they blew my expectations tremendously. Kenya is the very first person I spoke to, and from the first conversation she gave me reassurance, and more information than any other company has given when I was calling around, she is very soft spoken but I can tell she cares about the customers concerns and experience. I had Cooling America stringing me along doing patch work on my unit paying close to a thousand dollars for a unit to that just blow air. I heard about Must Air and it took several months for them to be in my area but Jason constantly assured me that they would fit me in as soon as possible. They were WELL worth the wait. I finally received a proper diagnosis and repair and update to my thermostat. The pricing was confusing and not inexpensive but I finally have cool air after waiting a normal time for a part.
