Dr Lewis is fabulous. She did everything she could to help our 13 yo GSD who was having terrible gut issues. He was near the end and Dr Lewis helped him cross over peacefully and quickly when it was time. She was always accommodating, kind and had his best interests at heart. We are still grieving and miss him deeply. A gentle suggestion would be offering condolence cards to pet parents. I have heard some vet offices do this and think it would have helped us a lot. Thank you for everything you did for our baby and thank you for trying to save him for so many months as we battled his illness.

I have been bringing my fur babies to North River close to 6 years. I love Dr. Lewis. She is knowledgeable, professional and definitely understanding!! I have a very anxious dog and she handles her very well.
My favorite technician is Jessica. I trust my fur babies with her. Jessica is knowledgeable and professional.
Dr. Lewis always returns my call. I love that she never makes me feel like she rushing, despite all my questions.

Our Loki had his first visit yesterday. Our visit was with Dr Lewis. She is so knowledgeable and took her time to go over all our concerns. We were able to get everything address and a direct answer. We definitely felt pricing was reasonable. So happy we found this place. ?
