“Fantastic company to work with. I got my Mother 2 new ceiling fans for her house for Mothers day, and did the hire a pro through Home depot, as i am in Virginia and my Mother is in Florida. “We were having problems with a GFI tripping on our lanai, as well as a couple of other issues inside. The technicians were able to quickly address and fix the issues inside and when they got to the GFI on the lanai, it proved more difficult. We recently had the house power washed and thought that might have been the issue. So after working on a couple of different areas trouble shooting the issue, they were able to determine the issue wasn't with the GFI but rather with the lights on our grill. Whenever those lights were turned on the GFI would trip, whereas non of the other outlets that were controlled by the GFI would trip when used. We were able to determine through the process of elimination that it was the lights on the grill, which had been recently cleaned and came to find out that is a common issue in the brand of grill we own, when I spoke to the grill cleaning company. I will definitely use Luminous Electric again for any Electrical issues.“

“It has been a rare occasion since moving to Florida to come across a professional company like New Dawn Electric.<br>We were assigned NDE by our home warranty company. From the initial contact via text immediately after the request for repair was placed, to the phone call to schedule the repair up to the reminder text the morning of and finally the "we are 15 minutes away" text, the communication was perfect. I highly recommend the two service technicians who did our work, Luke and Gage. Both were polite, explained what had to be done, and why it was not covered by the warranty company. This could not have been an easy task to tell a customer who thinks a repair is covered by a home warranty(and was told by the warranty company that it would be) but in fact the call center of the home warranty company gave out wrong information. Luke took the time to call the warranty company himself to verify what he thought to be a non covered service. He was, in fact, correct and gave me what was a more than fair price to do the repair on the breaker. Both gentlemen were polite and empathetic to the situation. If I ever need more electrical work done, I will absolutely call NDE!“
