From contract to close, the process was handled well and by various experts in making our house a beautiful home. Despite 3 hurricanes during our construction, the property passed ALL test (especially Milton). Our construction manager Jakob Rolly was the primary POC and took care of us every step of the way. Del Webb BayView is proving to be a great community and wonderful place to retire. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Del Webb made the process easy and we closed on time. Rich helped get the process started and Jared kept us informed with construction timelines and other relevant information. The Title company kept us informed and provided information needed for closing.
