Love this salon. Have been using them for years and will never go anywhere else. Sheila is my current tech. She is the best, however everyone there is top notch. Like a previous review I also have natural nails however, I have never experienced anything that would compromise them. Highly recommend this salon.Services: Gel manicures

I have tried this salon on several occasions. The female workers are friendly, but the male workers are confrontational and rude. Twice I had a gentleman do my "backfill". In 15+ years of having my nails done at various salons, this has always meant back by the cuticle. The last time he started to file the entire ombré down to the front of the nail. It wasn't necessary as the front was in great shape. He argued that was what a backfill was and it costs more. Please see Salon magazine definition of a backfill. Very disappointed, I've been going there for 6+ years and have watched them go down hill. Today i called, told to come in - in 30 minutes. Arrived in 29 minutes, waited an hour and left. He took my name, walk-ins came before i arrived, guess they didn't acknowledge my appointment. It's time to change salons. My daughter tried to talk me into going to a different salon a year or so ago, guess i should have listened.
