Scott from AC Outfitters is both incredibly knowledgeable about HVAC, and incredibly focused on service. I'm glad to have a maintenance plan with a company who understands how much we rely on our AC!

Scott, the owner, arrived on time to service my ac unit He also identified the issue that I was having and educated me on how bacteria can form especially in Florida.
Before leaving, he emptied my shop vac of the water that I'd been trying to clean up.
