“I will never take a pet to another animal clinic - during my pets last year of life we worked with Dr.Bregman who was incredibly warm and attentive. She spent what I presume was much of her unpaid time coordinating with me via email about concerns I was having and was always willing to have a phone call. There were times where I'd even forget to respond to emails and she'd check in herself. During my last visit while we were saying goodbye to our sweet girl the front staff and all the vet techs were incredibly gracious and kind during the process. Unfortunately Dr. Bregman wasn't able to be there and Dr. Sherman supported us in the process. Dr. Sherman who was phenomenal and able to provide us with some messages that we needed to hear at the time. Two weeks later I recieved a handwritten note from the vets office as well as a note that there was a tree planted in my pups honor. The empathy and kindness that everyone in the office provided us will always have a special place in my heart.“

“Regency Veterinary Clinic is the best! I always have the most amazing experience there! Dr. Morgan and his staff are absolutely amazing! Everyone there is so sweet, happy and sensitive as to why you're bringing your pet to them. My dog Maisey has always been scared to go to the Vet but once we switched to Regency, that all changed. They sure know how to take care of animals and always keep them as healthy as can be! I highly recommend them on every level!“

“I took my two rescue kitties in for mani-pedi. The cost was a bit more than my usual place and I was not able to go into the room with them which I prefer to do, so these two things disappointed me. But on the bright side, the assistant, Lux(sp?) was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with my concerns.“

“I brought my pup, Ava, to Urgent Vet/Boca Raton on 8/13. She had been hospitalized 2 years ago for acute pancreatitis. I saw the same symptoms appear this past weekend and didn't waste anytime bringing her to Urgent Vet. She was seen by Dr. Neumann promptly. She is an amazing veterinarian in every sense of the word. She is very intelligent, knows the things to ask and so importantly, listens and is genuinely compassionate! It is 6 days later, and between her care at Urgent Vet and the medicines I received for my Ava, she is my vivacious little 6 year old Teddy Bear again. We came from across town late in the day Dr. B and his entire team stayed until after closing to perform an emergency splenectomy on our dog. His team was so supportive and Dr. B was patient with us answering all of our many questions. 10/10 recommend. “Dr. Watnick is a fabulous veterinarian, and the clinic is great too. Dr. Watnick is very smart, patient and kind. He helped my dog quickly recover from an allergic reaction. “Where do I begin…. First I need to give a major shout out to the girl who works at the front desk. I was referred to this vet by some people on Facebook, but her compassion and professionalism on the phone was what made all the difference for me. They were able to take me in on a fully booked Saturday and as I watched patient after patient go in, I saw with my own eyes how much everyone who works here cares for your pets like their own. From the vet techs (excuse me if I don’t know the correct terminology), to the nurses to the doctor.. Just absolutely compassionate and caring souls. Such a happy and caring environment all around. It even smells good in there which left me in shock because usually vets smell like.. well vets… lol. I left a very feral community cat there on a Saturday and called in Monday morning for an update on how he did over the weekend before the surgery was to take place. They told me they gave him his own exam room and dimmed the lights to make sure he felt safe away from other cats (are you kidding me, I love them) but that he was doing good and ate a lot. Afterwards, the doctor sat down with my neighbor who went to go pick him up, someone they had never met, and explained the entire X-ray to her. When I say they went above and beyond, I’m not exaggerating. The people who recommended them to me on Facebook had nothing but positive things to say and now I have nothing but positive things to say. Thank you so much for your hard work Dr. Melgey. I truly appreciate you. I appreciate your compassion during my visit and the love you have for animals. Thank you to everyone who works there, from the bottom of my heart.“

The entire experience is stress free for you AND especially your pets. The clinic is very clean and well maintained with in house diagnostic equipment to help get answers quick!
