He sent out technicians who diagnosed the problem and promptly temporarily fixed the problem, ordered the parts required and efficiently fixed the unit. “My AC went down. Compressor wouldn't start. I found Air Magic on the internet and called them late in the day. They were at my house the following day and diagnosed the faulty part. They returned at 11am the next day to install the part that got my compressor up and running. They then checked out the system and gave it the OK. Part and installation was $290. Previous day diagnostic was at no charge because I had them do the repair. I thanked them profusely, and signed up for their yearly maintenance agreement.

Another company had sent two techs out to diagnose the problem and said it would be a minimum of $1200 to get the compressor running, and then perhaps more, if they find additional problems after it's running.

Now I know who to call when I have AC trouble. Air Magic. I feel so much more at ease now.“

“I really thought I had reviewed Vital AC before. Their service has been so good over the years I had wanted to make sure people knew. Well now I will make sure. I had my second AC unit, a split, go out the other day. It had done out last year, a faulty board. This time they came out and it seemed like it could be the same thing. In the end they replaced it for free, and didn't even charge a service. When I first moved into the house years ago. The AC konked out. I got 3 quotes to replace it. Warley the owner of Vital came out and said it didn't need replacing, it was just a small part in the outside unit that needed replacing. I was in disbelief when I paid the nominal service fee. They are as honest as AC contractors come.“
