Jim came to my home right on time and quickly took his measurments, after I explained to him what I wanted. He took his time to explain to me what the process would entail and the approximate time table as he had to pull a permit. He gave me the estimate there on the spot which I found to be very fair and compettitive (I had two estimates already from different companies). I signed up with Jim and gave him the deposit. His office kept in touch with me throughout the permiting process and kept me informed. My job started within days of them receiving the permit. The crew was professional and courteous and got the job done quickly and with precission. Once the job was completed they cleaned up and left my home in great condition.It was such a pleasurable and worry free expierence, from the very first phone call until the completion of the job. It is such a refreshing expierence to deal with a company like this. Jim always answered our calls and patiently answered all our questions.I highly reccomend Super Gutter & Screen.
