We have not been to our condo in 4 years. When we arrived our a/c was not working. They installed the unit 6 years ago. I called and got immediate response from Frank. He sent out technicians who diagnosed the problem and promptly temporarily fixed the problem, ordered the parts required and efficiently fixed the unit. I would highly recommend them for any a/c or heating issues.
Absolute great service! They cleaned our ducts and installed a HALO system to kill bacteria and viruses. They were meticulous in keeping our home clean while they did the ducts -- then cleaned up after they were done. The duct covers are spotless! I spent a lot of time researching the HALO system -- and Florida Air & Heat had the best price on it! I strongly recommend them!!!!
Francisco did a great job. Efficient and plans ahead, no issues so far but they said if anything contact them. Standard pricing, free estimate I would use them again. Already recommended them to an HOA in Boca.
