Wellness & Fitness Center Inc. is a popular gym in Panama City, known for its great atmosphere and knowledgeable staff. The gym offers unlimited classes six days a week at an excellent price, with affordable personal training sessions available for added motivation. Most equipment is well maintained, with few machines out of order. However, some clients exhibit poor gym etiquette, such as not wearing shirts or shoes and hogging equipment while texting. This socializing can make it challenging for serious gym-goers to focus on their workouts.
