I have always used this company at my prior houses and even referred them to my girlfriend which now also uses Terminix. She is also very satisfied with the service she gets at her home. They have always treated me very well and are very prompt when I have called. I had one issue this time setting up the service with a customer service representative and I believe that issue was resolved. The service manager cane to my home himself and done my service. He was very polite and respectful. Now I know why he is the manager. Thank you for being a dependable company!!

We have never considered getting a termite bond but after Daniel came out in 2022 and explained everything to us, we signed up. That was over a year ago and since then any time we have had questions, we call Daniel. He never says, that's not part of my job or tries to transfer us to someone else. He takes his time, and explains everything to you that you ever wanted to know about termites! He is the only reason we signed up with Terminix, he is really good at his job and has the perfect personality for it. Promote this guy but don't change his phone number. He doesn't forget you after you sign up, he is always available.
