It was my first time actually using a company like this in my home. The nice gentleman who cleaned my upholstery for me did a great job. His name was Michael Wilkerson and he was very professional. He also answered every question that I had and he made sure that I was very informed about everything during the whole process. He went over and let me look at every price that I was going to be charged before he started and he had a great personality. This guy has a great spirit and a good heart about him.
