As a initial review, I just want to say the customer service is outstanding. I placed an order yesterday to pick up. I realized the shop was closed for me to pick it up today as well as tomorrow and I have a hair appointment for Tuesday. I reached out to customer service and they got with me promptly and allowed me to come pick up the hair. I had two different hair textures, and the lady that helped me allowed me to feel both textures, and even allowed me to get the ones that I wanted. The Hair is extremely soft and I will do an update when I have hair installed on Tuesday :)

Shari’s hair boutique is my new favorite place to get hair from. Hair quality was beyond my expectations and Shari’s customer service was amazing she goes above and beyond to make sure you’re satisfied with the hair you’re receiving from her.

When I say they are awesome they are awesome!They hair is sooo great! I got sooooo many compliments it made me feel great! Man my fiancé mom never say she likes my hair but this time she did! Miss Manuela is an awesome manager! Please Please consider it’s worth every experience!
