Cameo was so professional in our annual HVAC service. She performed the required preventative maintenance items and found several items that needed to be addresses. Cameo provided a quotation for correcting the issues she found and worked with Ridge to schedule getting them taken care of.
WOW ... Ridge Heating ,Cooling , plumbing.. this company is Awesome , I called them and the same day they were here. Alexis Lopez was very polite , very professional, and took the time to talk to me and made sure I understood what he found , what he will do and my huge problem was fixed and how he fixed it . And they are very reasonable priced. I'm very happy with the service ?

Rick did a great job for us. He showed up in the short time window he provided, assessed our a/c unit quickly, and repaired it within a very short period of time. Very personable as well. Thanks!!
