“I'll be taking my dog to a lot of places and every time they piss me off because they cut it real bad and they do what I didn't ask for this is the first time in 2 years that I took him to a place where they finally did what I'm asking for the haircut it was on point it was way better than the picture that I showed them thank you guys I'll definitely be back and you only 2 minutes from my house I really appreciate it?????“
“I took my puppy to doggie daycare at Ruff House for the first time this week. She did wonderful. When I came to pick her up, she did not want to go home. The staff made sure she had a good time. She used up all her puppy energy and slept in the car on the ride home. I will be bringing her to Ruff House once or twice a week so she can enjoy play and get used to being around other dogs and people in a safe environment.“

“They are very friendly and polite! They definitely take time with your pet. Prices are more reasonable than most places. I would caution that if you want a particular cut on your pet, show pictures. I failed to do that with my Aussie and he did NOT get an Aussie cut, he got basically shaved all over. I take him back for bath and brush, but go elsewhere for grooming /trimming due to this experience. I may consider going in with pictures and give it another chance ?“
