Awesome Realty and Management company. Have rented through this company before and it was quick and easy. I do like how a lot of the rentals are pet friendly so that is a relief as a dog owner.New rentals posted each Monday online or physical advertisement in-house.One downside to paying rent is that there was a requirement for physical visit to the office each month. Would be nice if there was an electronic option.Would consider Nautilus Realty and Management again for future needs.

I only had limited experience with Nautilus before the hurricane destroyed my apartment. Afterword they were very accomidating and gave me no hassle in getting our security deposit back and terminating our lease.

I own several rental properties and use to self mange them. About 2 years ago I decided to hire a professional management company, because I was getting frustrated and stressed with the day to day management. I always assumed I would make less money if I used a management company because they take a percentage of the rent, so I avoided doing so. Fast forward 2 years and it has been one of the best business decisions I ever made. Not only do am I free from the worry about the day to day, but my numbers have actually improved even after the management fee.
