Bay Modalitites Massage

This lady is very very prejudice. I had booked a Groupon with her for services back in May. I called her early in June to make an appointment for my daughter and myself she stated that I had to make an appointment by texting her. I had sent several messages, saying that I wanted to have an appointment that upcoming Tuesday or Wednesday . I had never heard back from her. I had let a month ago by, here it is July the 7th 2025. SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!
If I could give this place 1 star, I would. I saw Bay Motalities on Groupon. I visited from out of town and Booked a massage for my birthday. It took me an hour to get there. I Showed up 10mins early and the place was closed. I called the owner, and she said she would be there in 10mins and never showed up, and stopped answering my calls. She also stole my voucher money and made it seem like the visit was completed. Below is a pic of me texting her with no response. Please avoid this place at all costs.

Ied love to see if these folks would work out since they are so close to my home. But the person answered the phone did use the company name but just says "hello" a baby screaming in the back ground. Not very professional.
