I am the HOA manager for a neighborhood in Santa Rosa Beach Florida. We had a leak in our neighborhood irrigation system and called Gulf Coast leak detection. Brent came out and worked with me to find the leak that was somewhere in our neighborhood. He was very professional and very knowledgeable. As soon as I met him I felt like he was the guy that would find our leak, and he did. We are so thankful to have the area that needs repair identified. When he left he told me that he was 100% sure that was where our leak was and he was 100% right. He did all of this for half the cost of any other estimate I got. Our water bill started increasing over the last 5 months so we knew we had a leak somewhere. We have used Gulf Coast Leak Detection before so that’s who we called. Brent came out and spent 6 hours trying to locate the leak and finally found it under our concrete pool deck. He recommended a guy for the repair and they cut and dug for hours finally finding the main water line to the house five feet down. How Brent was able to find that is in the miracle category! The pipe was under water and was going to be hard to repair, so Brent came back out and helped trace the line from the meter to the back yard so they could cut and reroute the main water line. Our water meter was running with absolutely everything in the house turned off and Brent from Destin came out and located a water leak in our front yard coming off the main water line. This was a leak fairly deep underground and not visible or detectable without specialized equipment. Professional service, great communication and quick response at a reasonable price.
