Despo has being doing my hair for over 10 years now. I no longer live in Panama City, but if I know I'm going, I hold off so she can do it. In my opinion, there is no one more skilled.
Despite has been doing my hair for many years now and let’s just say I have never strayed away from her. She is actually one of the few in bay county who actually knows what she is doing.
