The gentleman I talked with on the phone was very helpful. He was thorough in his questions and after telling me they couldn't service the problem I had, he explained to me in detail the reasons and conditions that were causing my problem and suggested a different company that would be able to help me. Outstanding customer service, knowing they wouldn't be making a sale.

Very good service. I wanted to use a local service and wasn't disappointed. Brandon was very helpful and prompt. Gonna have to get that second treatment tho. Those pests are stubborn.
