I called them about an issue with my A/C yesterday afternoon. They came out the next morning and flushed the line and replaced the necessary parts all for less than half the cost of what the competitors charge. We were quoted over $400 by one company and Cooler worked with us to only charge $100. They have absolutely won our business for future maintenance and repairs!
When the system needed to be replaced, I got a handful of quotes. Cooler was reasonable so he got the job.This turned into a difficult project. There was a hard to detect problem that caused Cooler to replace the outdoor unit twice (both new units). Even after that, things were still working poorly. At last, he found the line set was severely kinked. He spent a lot of time and resources to make things right. That’s integrity.
We called several AC companies they would tell us they would be out. Not so.We called Cooler Chris was out the next day and had our AC going in two hours. Very nice guy.Highly recommend!!!
