The repairman, Eric, is very knowledgeable and professional. He arrived on time, analyzed my problems, explained in detail what I needed to know. Just by his work skills, one could sense that he has been in the electrical business for many years. He completed the complicated job in a timely manner and charged a fair price. They came a few months ago and completed several things around the house that we needed and also repaired some wiring problems created by another business that quit in the middle of the job.Since then I had a complete circuit go out and after checking the breakers which were fine I called Complete Electric. Eric told me some things to try and my problem was fixed.I was impressed he remembered me as a customer and made every effort to help me solve my problem over the phone. He could have scheduled an appointment and charged me a service call but he did not.
