Busy practice>>>office staff sometimes problematic, but IMPROVING.Quality of dental care by the dentists is SECOND TO NONE in my experience (and yes, this is reflected in the charges.) ????

I want to personally thank Dr Rami Heidami for giving me the perfect smile with my dental implants. Baytown dental is a true family dental office with two outstanding dentist that happen to be brothers. From the first moment you are greeted with a smile from the front office to the professionalism of the technical skill dental assistants Elizabeth and Kristen or dental hygienist Cindy that assist or provide services with the best attitude and more smiles and plenty of laughter, you just feel at home. I have been at Baytown for probably 10 years but have only been a patient of Savannah's for a year now. She has given me recommendations to customize my dental routine that I have implemented and the staff can actually tell the difference. She is very sweet and I hope she will be at Baytown for a while!
