Our Ulta Store (Panama City Beach FL) is absolutely the BEST! Nicole provided excellent customer care and I appreciate her so much! Being a PC Resident, I will drive to Ulta PCB just to receive quality service and products.
I had a makeup and hair appointment with Agnes, she was the SWEETEST lady ever and made me feel so confident!! Kaitlyn (not sure if i’m spelling it right) was a sales manager that helped me find my perfect shade as well!! She was also super friendly and sweet!
