Spent three nights here on our first trip to the Emerald Coast area of Florida. We were warmly welcomed with a glass of sparkling wine upon our arrival. The Pearl's location is great, private beach access is nice with a guard stationed near the entrance toward evening, and they offer bicycles if you're in the mood to pedal. I've never been to a hotel before with service this good!
Staff checks in with you, people you interact with genuinely care. They anticipated all of our questions and had answers ready to go. (Shout out to Ben who helped get our bags to the room and talked through some food reservations for us newbies).
Rooms were great (I'm a bed snob, and so I think the bed comfort could be improved), but hands down, no contest, I'd stay here again in a heartbeat.
Photos are from Gulf View Suite, Room 402.
Rooms: Rooms are quiet, which was great. You don't hear your neighbors.
We were in town celebrating a 40th Birthday for a friend, 5 of the girls on the trip decided to book massages at the spa. We did not stay at the hotel due to the size of our group. However, the experience was so spectacular. Whitney the therapist that provided my deep tissue massage was incredible. I so recommend requesting her. We were provided a glass of Prosecco after our services and afforded the opportunity to use the pool. 5 star experience. Additionally, the vibe of the hotel is stunning, super chic.
