Just had my semi annual maintenance done on my Carrier AC system. The technician Dexter checked and serviced the whole unit and checked for performance and cooling capability. Dexter has performed my system maintenance in the past and is not only professional he is very thorough. He listens to all my concerns and answers any questions. After the hottest summer on record Modern Air Solutions is lucky to have Dexter and I am lucky to have them.
A very professional and courteous company. Always quickly responds. Great service tech, Cesar Baeza knew exactly how to improve zoning to efficiently heat/cool our home. Such a dedicated employee that takes the time to do the job right.
We called on a Friday Morning and the representative on the phone was excellent. Torace checked in twice to update us on our appointment. He arrived as scheduled was very personable and congenial He was efficient and worked quickly explaining as he went. I would highly recommend Modern Air.
