It was our first time with her, and she did my hair along with both of my daughters' and we were all beyond thrilled with the results. Ambiance/decor could use an update, but the treatment equipment seems current and met my needs. I don't enjoy the feeling of the suction tool, (cupping type thingey?) so we won't use that again.
