Alex was very communicative and direct when helping to assess the electrical problem I was calling him to fix. He came over and was generous with his time, explaining to me where the previous mistakes were made and how he could go about fixing them. Alex and his team came the next day and were efficient, professional, and kind. I greatly appreciate Alex's extreme attention to detail, making sure everything was level, screwed in properly, and cleaned up after the project was complete -- the little details do make a difference! He's a rare find and a warm, helpful, and knowledgeable person -- would absolutely hire again.
