Experienced a plumbing issue, called Frank Wood & Sons, issue resolved in a short matter of time. Professional service, 10/10 highly recommend, will be calling for future issues.

I appreciate the way Frank Wood & Son took time to listen to the problem at hand and suggest options to resolve the issue. During the process of doing repairs, unexpected complications developed, resulting in changes to the original course of action. Again, they did not rush to quickly end the job but took a bit of time to evaluate and explain how best to reach a resolution. This honest approach is what creates repeat customers and I hope to use them again, should I have any future plumbing issues.

It's been about 6 months since they did my neighbors and my septic to sewer conversion... very happy with their work.... they did a great job... friendly and professional.. reasonably priced... Jeff was my go to guy ...he soothed my anxiety of having the work completed while I was in a out of town.... I would definitely refer them to anyone that needs plumbing work done.Thanks guys!!
