flooring liquidators is great!! however absolutely do not use their installer jeff as your installer, jeff said he also did subfloors, i told him i also needed it leveled he said 'No Problem' they sent someone out first day they were apparently working until 3am and i had complaints from neighbours. i was given 2 prices one for the subfloor and one for the leveling. the price to level was supposed to 'include the wood' but they ripped out my 1x 6 floors (which were all broken up you couldn't 're-use them' and when i came in instead of replacing the 1x6 they were laying my 1/2 inch OSB on top of my floor trusses...that have a 2 foot... read full review
We were very pleased with the tile and prices. The sales people were nice. The only problem we had was with the installer that offered to do the job. He came out and gave us a quote and a date but never showed up or returned our calls. After reading the complaints other customers had with installers.. we feel blessed the guy did not come back. We hired some one else. Just be mindful the store does not hire the installers. You do. So research and know who you are hiring.
