Pete, is a very genuine and helpful person. On October 2nd I had to seek his help with some cameras I couldn’t get initialized and therefore weren’t able to be setup. He worked with my brother and I without hesitation and spent a hour or so helping us work through everything. Of course, once I got home things didn’t run as smoothly, but within a text or so had me going. He even followed up a few days later. I don’t know of anyone who would take that amount of time with anyone, more less someone who didn’t purchase the cameras through him. If I could give 10 stars !I am a current restaurant owner in Windmark Beach and needed a beach webcam installed. Cybersmetrics came out and did a site survey and explained in detail the different options I had. They broke it down from most cost effective cam to the OMG version.They had my webcam up and running within 2 weeks-would have been faster but the internet provider was slacking.I will be using cybersmetrics for my camera systems also and for future adventures.Again thank you cybersmetrics for making this so easy.
