This office is severely lacking in care, helpfulness, or accommodation. Caitlin specifically, was very rude and not helpful at all and the same with the some of the others in the office. This has left me wondering, why would these people work in the medical field if they’re going to treat patients the way they do???

The office makes you schedule an appointment for every little thing. Yet their appointments are weeks out. My husband loves Dr. Shaffer, he’s a great doctor, but the process of getting to see him is like pulling teeth.

A month wait time for patients in pain... that's ridiculous. Staff says its beyond thier control because the Dr. serves in the national gaurd and is deployed. Thank you for your service but you are doing a diservice to your patient by not staffing accordingly during your absence. My insurance does not allow for seeing anyone other than my designated provider.I'm going to be changing providers and do not recomend anyone use this provider as they have way more patients than they can reliably and ethically serve.
