I called ahead of time for an emergency appointment and was able to right in to have my dog seen. The staff was very helpful and nice. The appointment was quick, got right in, my dog was helped and we went home with some medications and a cone of shame!
What a wonderful place to take you babies in their time of need! Everyone that I came in contact with was well informed, caring and very eager to help. Also, my pet was able to been seen quickly and the center was equipped with an ultrasound to help pinpoint the problem. I am very grateful to the staff for being able to help find the answers to my questions and I will always recommend Animal Care Center.
I believe my dog was close to death's door. They took her right in, put her on oxygen, assessed her, and then the Dr came in to explain everything in detail including the proposed treatment plan. She stayed overnight receiving iv fluids, steroid, and antibiotic treatment. On discharge the instructions were clear and concise. From start to finish I am thankful to the staff for giving me my dog back in her normal condition. She's 2 days out now, has traveled over 200 miles, and has been walking eating and drinking per her usual prior to her crisis. She's also back to her usual barking bossy self.
