I've had more trouble with this new York unit than I ever did from the old one, but this review is for the company. I'm done trying with them. Their phone's mailbox is full and doesn't allow you to talk to anyone. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.------Ace Heating and Cooling replaced my very old package unit with a new heat pump a couple years ago. They did a nice job installing the unit, three guys got it done in a couple hours - very happy with the result. AC quit working so I around and settled on Ace. Came out fast and got my AC working great.Very affordable, thanks.
