I have been a member since the gym opened and she is by far the best Customer service agent at that location. She is always very courteous, caring and makes you feel very welcome. She greets most guests by name, always tells them to have a great workout and when you leave tells you to have a great day. She makes you feel very welcome! I miss her on the afternoon shift. Don't get me wrong the girls that work the afternoon shift are good too, but TY shines!!!! Must compliment the entire staff as well the gym is always clean and a pleasure to workout in. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking to join a good gym at a reasonable price.“
