We have a new home build just outside of 12 months from closing and our downstairs ac was not cooling properly. I signed up for annual servicing yesterday as a result. Within 4 hours I had a technician at my home who discovered that the builder made several errors on our initial setup prior to closing. He spent a full 2 hours correcting all the issues and got us up and running again at full capacity. I even tried to tip him at the end for great service and the time investment and he refused. I am very impressed with the service I received and will definitely refer others for annual servicing.

All aspects of the Spartan Experience were great . Customer service was excellent! Technician was extremely knowledgeable. Installation was seamless and the equipment is top of the line ! Couldn’t be happier
