I would highly recommend working with Abi! We first reached out for help with our dog when she was a puppy and since then we’ve had multiple sessions working on different things including with our second dog who I’m learning all about gundog training with. Abi really cares about dogs and their people. Shes always available to ask questions and as a bonus has a great online community with videos and support from other dog owners.
Abi is a great trainer, confident and experienced. She is also wonderfully positive. It's true that sometimes just realising how far you have come is one of the most important things.
We first reached out to Abi for one on one training when we experienced our Border terrier becoming more and more reactive to other dogs, to the point where we started worrying that she was an aggressive dog. Abi spent time teaching us how to help Emma relax and engage with us more, and the results came quickly. She is so patient and encouraging, and we have seen magic results. Since then we've done a group class which has also been super helpful, and we are now joining Abi's loose leash group walks which have also been really beneficial.
