Donald did a fantastic job diagnosing my a/c. He is very attentive and answered all questions that I had in detail. He has a great attitude. I recommend him and Brown Heating and Cooling.
Had a small issue with my heat pump Friday night. Called Brown heating and cooling on Monday morning to set up a service call. Very nice lady squeezed me in, and I got a call from a young man, Jose Garcia that he was on his way. From the time I scheduled to the time I heard from Mr. Garcia, I had solved the problem. But having been in the business myself, I was happy to pay the dispatch fee. Mr. Garcia arrived as planned and chatted with him for a couple minutes he answered a couple of questions. Paid the bill and got a receipt and everything went great. I appreciate this level of service. I will be returning to these nice folks in the future.
Jose did an awesome job of finding problem and guide through the process of replacement of old unit. New unit will be installed same day. All the info received was very helpful. Would recommend Brown for your air condition needs.
