We contacted Blue Bear and other HVAC companies for a quote to repair or replace our current system.They came the same day and their lead technician Josh was very knowledgeable, polite and paid attention to our questions. He asnwered everyone and always followed up with "Do you have another question or did I answer your issue? He spent two hours here diagnosing and servicing our system. The other companies that arrived were not interested in servicing our system becuase its at least 10 yrs old. Blue Bear found our problem, fixed it and had or system purring before he left. The fee was reasonable . It was such a positive experience that we also signed up for Blue Bear's bi annual maitainenance service. I would highly recommend Josh and Blue Bear to everyone. I requested yelp present me with their top rated air conditioner service companies. I received several and Blue Bear was the first to respond. After talking with their representative I ordered their service. The technician came out, walked me thru what he was doing and his results. Very informative and thorough. Based on this first experience I will definitely be using Blue Bear company and the same technician. It appears over the years, other companies I've used only care about how much they can sell you to get the job done whether needed or not. Specially if you're a senior. At this time I highly recommend them.
I was so incredibly happy and impressed. The technician that they sent, Alex was so professional and courteous. He did a great job. I was able to get service the same day I called and Alex promptly figured out the issue and took care of it. I will definitely call Blue Bear if I have any issues in the future.
