10/10. I tried my first yoga class this evening and I wasn’t too sure what I was in for but it was amazing. I did Restorative Yoga with Gretchen. She was phenomenal. From her soft and soothing voice, her knowledge, her wisdom and letting us know how we could change every pose to fit our journey- it was a perfect first experience. Thank you for having the virtual options. I will be back!

Gentle yoga and restorative with Travis Ray on Tuesday nights is such a wonderful class. Love the flow of the class. THANK YOU Travis for being apart of my healing journey. You bringing out the best in me. Love having my mind, body, and spirit all in Alignment again. Will be in class every chance I get. I highly recommends this class. Great for beginners as well.

The BEST yoga studio in Manatee County, hands down. The instructors are fantastic and have passion for the practice. Everybody is so welcoming and classes have plenty of pose options to accommodate all levels. I recently hosted a private class for a girls night out and the owner and instructor knocked it out of the park in creating the perfect evening for us! Cannot recommend A Little Twisted enough ?
