I’m not even sure where to begin but I’ll start with this.. I was highly recommended by my sister & the moment I walked in to Dr. Alexander’s office, my life changed forever. Prior to seeing him, I was suffering with a lot of anxiety and depression due to my injuries. I have a L4 and L5.. there were moments where I couldn’t sit down for more than 2 minutes and would wake up in the middle of the night with excruciating back pain. I went to Spine Miami after a car accident in 2019 and 2021. Dr. Alexander was very good at explaining my injuries in layman’s terms. The care I received was top notch. He really has created a healing environment in his office. From the moment you walk in, your healing starts. He is extremely knowledgeable and offers several different treatment options. You can tell that your care is his number one priority. Now all of my family gets adjusted by Dr. Alexander. Very family friendly office! I highly recommend for auto accident victims and those seeking proper alignment of the spine. Adjustments can be life changing!

I was almost in a wheel chair when I got to the Dr. Alexander's practice. I read some reviews and was convinced to give him a try. I really though I needed back and shoulder surgery!!!First visit he game me some sort of electric massage..... Wonderfull!!! Left out of there feeling 80% better. I was given a second appointment about 2 weeks after and he straighten my back, put a couple ribs back into place, snapped my shoulder into place and straighten my neck. Some one called him the Gentle Giant ohh!!! So true. Forever gratefull. 100% recommend him. 10*
