After calling 12+ vets, that were charging $230+ for 1 xray, and flat fee of $120-140 just to walk in, TLC clinic were kind enough to take me on a Saturday before closing. I raced 40+min into town and was greeted with smiles and attention. Needless to say Frosty is back home(indoors for now) and feeling like a new cat. They are so caring and very reasonable.
