I've worked out my whole life, running the beach, playing tennis, spinning classes, going to the gym several times per day, to boot camp training three plus times per week, and I even ran several 5k's. NEVER have I seen the results that I see now. At 51 years of age I bought my 1st two piece swim suit and I actually wore it. Dan doesn't try to change you, he just tells you to eat more greens and provides you with a kick ass workout every time. I started with him in January 2019, I will be doing my first weight lifting competition in January 2020, 12 months later. I am absolutely amazed with my training and my new body.
