Our HOA, Murano Bay, reached out to Nic and his crew after our current landscapers had clearly dropped the ball and just didn't care anymore.
Nic showed up at our community the same day we called, and met with us to walk the property, understand our needs, and discuss how to get our community back in shape.
Later that same day he sent us a competitive quote, and provided his Certificate of Insurance, Workers Comp info, etc. (Which I mention because many of the other companies we asked to quote did NOT provide this info).

Fresh Start maintenance has demonstrated excellent performance I would like to acknowledge Marcos the crew leader. He stops by the office whenever onsite to check in and make sure everything is satisfactory he is always courteous and respectful and takes that extra step to make sure everything is done correctly.
