Very rude and unhelpful, not very business oriented. Would not go to them again.Edit: To then also have my experience with them dismissed because of whatever internal drama they have just proves my point. They seem to care more about making a quick buck than serving their clients and expanding their media outreach. I do not see them going far as long as they continue to let personal matters affect their business. Truly apalled.

Social media now more than ever should be an integral part of any company's business plan. I am always impressed with every facet of this company.
