I've been going to Pilates classes at Suncoast for about 5 months now, and I'm loving every bit of it. The studio is super cute and always spotless. Everyone there is so friendly and welcoming.I take private classes with Jessica, and she's just AWESOME! She's really good at what she does and makes me feel great about my progress. Pilates has become a vital part of my life. It's helping me feel healthy and strong again, and I couldn't imagine my routine without it. Would 100% recommend.
Pilates was suggested by medical practitioner to address back issues. I have been taking private classes at Suncoast for 2 years. Instructor, Victoria is outstanding in terms of her expertise and attention to any concern. She tailors the sessions to respond to particular issues and without exception this results in noticeable improvement. Ali and Victoria are outstanding professionals and Suncoast represents the best in Pilates practice.
Suncoast Pilates in Palm Harbor has it ALL!Numerous welcoming, trained, and knowledgeable instructors; excellent equipment and props; a beautiful clean studio, and a good variety of classes. I love how all the instructors prepare and vary their classes and introduce students to different equipment. I highly recommend Suncoast Pilates
